  • We accept bookings at least a year in advance.

  • A 30% deposit is due at booking. The remaining 70% is due 90 days before arrival.

    For reservations booked within 90 days of arrival, full payment is required.

  • The River Haven is our only home

  • The River Haven is situated on a private road with only three houses, ensuring excellent privacy. Traffic is minimal, with the only visitors being guests of the residents. The section of the river nearby is quiet and secluded, offering a peaceful atmosphere away from busier areas.

    • We allow up to 2 non aggressive Dogs.

    • There is no Pet Deposit required but we do ask that you please let us know if you are bringing any beforehand.

  • Rates vary depending on the season.

    May-August are our Peak Season dates which tend to book a year in advance

  • The River Haven has more than enough parking for the whole family. Depending on the vehicle types you can park about 12 between the main house and the guest house drive ways.

    There is a designated overflow parking for the home just across the street in a vacant mowed lot. We ask that you please not park along the road.

  • To keep the grass healthy for all of our guests we ask that you please not bring tents.

  • The River Haven can sleep 28 comfortably in beds plus an additional 6 on futons.

    32 is our maximum allowed on the property at any given time including those just visiting. Note we do not count children 5 years old and under in that count.

  • We do not charge any additional fees to hold any type of event at The River Haven.

    We only ask that the guest list count stays within the home's maximum of 32 at any given time including visitors.
