Below is a list of items we suggest bringing along with you as they are not provided.

• Paper Towels

• Toilet Paper (ONE roll is supplied per bathroom)

• Toiletries (this includes bath/shower products)

• Extra Shower Towels & Lake Towels (35 Shower Towels supplied. We can not provide extra toilet paper or shower towels. If you think you’ll need more we strongly suggest you bring extra with you.)

• Bedding & Pillows for the 3 futon sofas. (If you plan on using them)

• All Shower/bath products. (Bath soap, shampoo, body wash, bar soap, etc)

• Extra Trash Bags (10 supplied)

• Napkins

• Kleenex

• Bags of Ice (Portable Ice Maker is supplied but can only make so much ice per day)

• Standard flat bottom coffee filters, sugar, creamer, etc.

• Keurig K Cups

• Sponges (Non-scratch please)

• hairdryer

• Salt, Pepper, non stick spray, etc

• Insect Repellent Spray

• S'mores supplies/Utensils for the fire pit

• Citronella Candles

• Sun Screen

• Flashlights

• Fold up Lawn chairs

• Fishing Gear

• Yard Games

• Fire Wood for outdoor fire pit. (ONE burn pile supplied)

• Life Jackets (Must be worn at all times by everyone while on/in the river)

To the group members flying in we suggest flying in to the either the San Antonio or Austin Airports.

• from San Antonio travel time is 35-45 minutes to the home.

• from Austin we suggest taking the I-130 toll road to the home as it is much faster. Travel time is about 55 minutes. 

The home is located minutes away to almost anything you could possibly need such as grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, liquor stores, water parks, catering, golf courses and wineries. The farthest attractions are Schlitterbahn water park and the small, exciting town of Gruene, TX which are both 16 minutes from the home. Below are a list of the most common destinations guests visit when staying with us and their travel times from the home:

• Walmart and HEB Grocery Stores - 10 minutes

• Local Restaurants - less than 10 minutes

• Gas Stations - 5 minutes

• Public Boat Ramp - 4 minutes

• ZDT's Amusement Park/Water Park - 10 minutes

• Pin Twist Bowling Alley - 7 Minutes

• Golf Courses - 10-12 minutes 

• Liquor Store - 10 minutes

• Wineries - 10 minutes to the closes one and 16 to the farthest (Located in Gruene, TX)

Viewings: If you wish to view the home prior to booking please reach out so we can set up a viewing date.
