  • Guest count max is 32 on the property at all times. Children 5 years old and under are not counted. We are unable to accommodate more guests than the max.

  • Table and chair rentals are nearby and will deliver to the home & pickup when done.

  • The home is equipped with Outdoor speakers for Music.

  • We are a LGBTQ+ friendly home. Everyone is welcome at The River Haven. Property is fully private and all yours during your stay.
